What You’ll Do

• Client Engagement & Scope Validation: Gather, understand, and validate project requirements coming directly to you or via Project Coordinators. Connect directly with clients to ask sharp, insightful questions to clarify scope, target companies, timelines, and compliance.
• Internal Coordination & Allocation: Assign projects to the right Project Coordinators and clearly translate client requirements to delivery teams and recruiters.
• Quality & Delivery Oversight: Monitor sourcing, outreach quality, and candidate profiles. Spot delivery gaps or irrelevant profiles early and drive timely corrective action.
• Strategic Enablement: Maintain end-to-end visibility over projects to ensure high quality and swift execution without directly handling hands-on sourcing delivery yourself.

What We’re Looking For

• Market Research Expertise: Strong background in market research or expert network/consulting ecosystems with a clear grasp of diverse business frameworks and target company dynamics.
• Client-Facing Sharpness: Ability to hold high-level conversations with management consultants, ask smart scoping questions, and quickly grasp complex requirements.
• Quality Eye & Operational Agility: Quick to catch delivery gaps, misaligned outreach, or off-target candidate profiles before they reach the client.

Location: Vedak Office – AECS Layout, Brookefield, Bengaluru (In-office)

⏰ Shift/Timings: 4:00 PM onwards

Experience: 3+ Years

Education: Any Graduate / MBA
