About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Territory Manager to drive sales of Critical Care and Surgical Products through hospitals, doctors, surgeons, and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospitals, and procurement teams.
- Drive sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Generate new business and manage key accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Coordinate with hospital purchase and tender teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain sales reports and CRM updates.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor‘s degree in relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Medical Devices, Surgical, Critical Care, or Healthcare Products.
- Experience in hospital/institutional sales and direct interaction with doctors and surgeons.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
