Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Public Benefit Specialist to support patients in accessing and understanding healthcare coverage and financial assistance options. In this role, you will verify insurance, screen and enroll patients in Medicaid and other public programs, explain benefits and financial responsibilities, and connect patients with appropriate financial resources. You’ll collaborate with revenue cycle, clinical, and patient access teams to reduce denials, improve collections, and enhance the overall patient financial experience in a mission-driven, high-growth environment.
