• Strong sense of visual aesthetics, perspective, and shot selection
• Ability to work creatively and collaboratively with production and creative teams

Role and Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the visual direction of videos, shoots, and creative projects.
• Develop appropriate framing, composition, camera angles, and shot selection based on the creative brief.
• Select and operate cameras, lenses, and other camera equipment based on the requirements of each project.
• Handle camera movements, exposure, focus, and other technical aspects of cinematography.
• Design and manage lighting setups to achieve the desired mood, tone, and visual quality.
• Work closely with the creative and production teams to understand concepts and translate them into strong visual narratives.
• Ensure consistency in visual style, composition, lighting, and overall image quality throughout the shoot.
• Contribute creative ideas and visual references during pre-production and planning.
• Ensure professional execution of shoots while managing technical and creative requirements on set.
