Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing/Growth professional at UPDOT. The role will be responsible for crafting brand narratives and thought leadership content, managing and optimizing the digital marketing funnel, and owning UPDOT's voice across social and community channels. The role involves running growth experiments through SEO/SEM and performance marketing tests, securing PR and partnership opportunities for the leadership team, and using data and analytics tools to track and improve engagement. The employee will also be responsible for content calendar management, email marketing optimization, and collaborating closely with leadership to build UPDOT's brand presence and industry credibility.

Key Responsibilities

The Employees’ responsibility shall include, but not be limited to,

Brand Storytelling: Crafting compelling narratives and "thought leadership" content (white papers, blogs, and case studies) that position UPDOT as a leader.

The Digital Funnel: Implementing and optimizing email marketing (MailChimp/Reply.io) and analyzing user behavior using PostHog and Google

Analytics.

Social & Community: Owning the content calendar. You'll be the voice of UPDOT on LinkedIn and Twitter, driving collaborations and engagement.

Growth Experiments: Overseeing SEO/SEM strategies and running small-scale performance marketing tests to see what sticks.

PR & Partnerships: Securing guest articles and speaking opportunities for the leadership team.
