E-Learning Developer- Contract About the Role We are seeking a talented and creative E-Learning Developer to join our team on a 6-month contract . In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging, interactive, and impactful digital learning experiences for employees and organizational clients. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Instructional Designers, and other stakeholders to transform learning content and objectives into high-quality E-Learning courses. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with creativity, attention to detail, and a learner-focused approach. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers, and stakeholders to gather content and understand learning objectives. Design and develop engaging and interactive E-Learning courses using authoring tools and other technologies. Develop multimedia elements, including videos, animations, simulations, graphics, and interactive activities. Transform complex information into clear, visually appealing, and learner-friendly digital content. Ensure courses are aligned with instructional design principles, adult learning principles, and established learning objectives. Create assessments, quizzes, knowledge checks, and interactive activities to measure learning outcomes. Conduct thorough Quality Assurance (QA) testing to ensure courses are accurate, functional, accessible, and visually consistent. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within E-Learning courses. Collaborate with the broader training and learning team to support the successful delivery of E-Learning programs. Manage and update E-Learning content repositories and Learning Management System (LMS) content. Stay current with emerging E-Learning technologies, trends, accessibility standards, and industry best practices. Manage multiple projects and consistently deliver high-quality work within established timelines and scope. Timely Delivery: Managing projects effectively and delivering high-quality courses on schedule and within scope. Technical Excellence: Developing courses that function reliably across supported platforms and LMS environments. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as an E-Learning Developer, Learning Developer, or similar role . Strong portfolio demonstrating previous E-Learning development projects. Proficiency with Articulate Storyline or comparable E-Learning authoring tools. Experience creating interactive and multimedia-rich learning experiences. Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and E-Learning best practices . Ability to interpret complex information and translate it into engaging, easy-to-understand digital learning content. Strong attention to detail and visual design sensibility. Ability to create or edit graphics using icons, stock imagery, and other digital assets. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs, Instructional Designers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with SCORM and xAPI standards. Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Experience with video editing, animation, or other multimedia production tools. Knowledge of accessibility standards for digital learning.
