Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day communication with clients Understand client vision, requirements, and expectations Coordinate internally with planning, décor, and operations teams Support in proposal creation, presentations, and planning timelines Ensure a high-touch, premium client experience throughout the wedding journey

Qualifications

Strong experience in Client Services and Client Relations in luxury weddings Strong presentation & pitch skills Proficiency in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Service Excellent Communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients Effective time management and problem-solving skills for handling complex events Ability to work collaboratively with teams and external vendors Past experience in event planning, hospitality, or luxury services is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field Must be based in Mumbai
