HIRING | ORDER MANAGEMENT | PUNE We are hiring for Order Management roles in Pune! Location: Pune Experience: 1 Years CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA / ₹5.5 LPA Shift: Rotational Shifts Work Mode: Work From Office Levels: JL 2A / JL 3A Key Responsibilities ✅ Manage the complete Order Management lifecycle from order creation to fulfillment ✅ Handle customer orders, booking activities and billing-related queries ✅ Work on SAP; SAP ByD experience is preferred ✅ Knowledge of SNOW / ServiceNow is an added advantage ✅ Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders ✅ Prepare reports and perform analysis using MS Excel ✅ Support process training and structured learning sessions ✅ Identify training needs and develop training manuals/course materials Key Requirements ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities ✔ Good attention to detail and accuracy ✔ Willingness to work in rotational shifts ✔ Comfortable working from office ✔ Shipping / Logistics industry experience preferred IMPORTANT: Only candidates currently based in Pune will be considered.
