Key Account Manager(Digital Marketing)

What will you do? Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely support, effective query resolution, and smooth communication for all the marketing campaign services. Own end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and client commitments consistently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, WFM, Quality, Training, Insights) for flawless execution. Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while managing scope, timelines, and resources. Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure seamless business continuity. Provide regular executive-level reporting and performance insights to leadership and clients. What will you need?
