US SBA Commercial Loan Processor / Packaging Specialist Location: Vadodara – Work from Office Shift: U.S. Night Shift, 5pm to 3am, Monday to Friday Experience: Minimum 3 year of relevant U.S. SBA / Commercial Lending experience About the Role: We are looking for an experienced SBA Commercial Loan Processor / Packaging Specialist with hands-on experience in U.S. SBA and commercial business lending. The ideal candidate should understand the complete loan processing and packaging cycle and be comfortable reviewing U.S. borrower and financial documents. Key Responsibilities: Process and package U.S. SBA and commercial business loan applications from application through approval/closing. Work on SBA 7(a), SBA 504, and conventional commercial loans. Collect, verify, and review borrower documentation. Review U.S. personal and business tax returns, P&L statements, balance sheets, bank statements, debt schedules, and business plans. Identify missing, inconsistent, or incomplete information and coordinate for resolution. Prepare complete and accurate loan packages for underwriters and lenders. Support underwriting by organizing financial and borrower information. Coordinate with U.S. borrowers, brokers, lenders, and underwriters. Track pending documents, conditions, and follow-ups until the loan file is ready for approval/closing. Maintain accurate loan records in the relevant LOS/CRM systems. Ensure compliance with internal processes, documentation standards, and quality requirements. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 year of hands-on U.S. SBA or commercial lending experience. Practical experience with SBA 7(a), SBA 504, and/or U.S. conventional commercial loans. Strong understanding of U.S. loan documentation and processing. Experience reviewing U.S. tax returns and financial statements. Understanding of DSCR and basic commercial lending calculations. Experience in loan packaging, processing, credit analysis, or underwriting support. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Comfortable working with U.S.-based clients, lenders, and underwriters. Willingness to work from the Vadodara office during U.S. business hours.
