Delivery Manager

Working Title: Delivery Manager Location: Mohali (Onsite) Shift Timings: US Shift Company: De Facto Infotech Experience: 8 Years ⚡ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role: - De Facto Infotech is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects for global clients. The ideal candidate will have strong project delivery, stakeholder management, resource planning, and team leadership experience, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across various technology domains. Lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project execution. Drive project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project goals and delivery expectations. Monitor project performance, delivery timelines, and quality standards. Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Conduct regular project reviews, status reporting, and client communication. Mentor Project Managers, Team Leads, and delivery teams. Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 8 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management. Proven experience managing multiple software development and digital transformation projects. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies. Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in project budgeting, forecasting, and resource management. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced US client environment. Preferred Qualifications: - PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications. Experience managing offshore/onshore teams.
