Our Hiring Partner is building the next generation of AI-powered solutions for legal, compliance, and regulatory workflows, and they're looking for 2-3 Founding Account Executives to join their team in New York City.

This is not your typical AE role.
You'll work directly with the Founders to build the go-to-market motion from scratch, shape the sales strategy, and help define customer segments, pricing, positioning, and pipeline generation for a venture-backed AI company at an early stage.
What You'll Be Doing:
Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Building pipeline through outbound, networking, events, and creative GTM initiatives Experimenting across enterprise and mid-market customer segments Partnering directly with Founders on sales strategy and market feedback Helping create the playbook that future sales hires will follow
What We're Looking For:
3-6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience At least 1 year as a full-cycle AE at a high-growth or early-stage startup Proven history of exceeding quota (150%+ attainment preferred) Strong outbound prospecting and hunting mentality Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero-to-one Demonstrated drive through rapid promotions, entrepreneurship, athletics, academics, or other high-achievement environments
Bonus Points For:
Enterprise sales experience Experience selling into regulated industries or life sciences Technical or engineering background Previous founding or early GTM experience
Compensation & Benefits:
$140K-$220K Base Salary 15% Commission Structure 0.1%-0.5% Equity xzbcwsv On-site in New York City (5 days/week) Relocation support available for exceptional candidates
