Role Summary The AI Developer is responsible for building AI-enabled solutions that create value for the business and our customers. This role takes concepts from the early discovery and pre-study phases and transforms them into working prototypes, proofs of concept (PoCs), and production-grade components. The AI Developer combines solid software engineering skills with practical experience integrating AI APIs, orchestration frameworks, retrieval pipelines, and cloud services. The ideal candidate is hands-on, curious, and collaborative, able to iterate quickly and work closely with architects and business teams.
