Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Able to process accounts and incoming payments as per compliance with financial procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct regular financial transactions comprising compute, classify, verify, post and record account receivables information.
• Make invoices, bills and bank deposits.
• Perform reconciliation the accounts receivable ledger to make sure payments are properly posted.
• Classify and rectify difference in payments or billing.
• Coordinate with clients to follow up on remaining payments and send reminders through email.
• Make sure correct posting in SAP system on time.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Accounts, finance from any reputed university.
• At least have 1 – 2 years of experience in similar role.
• Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
• Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
