To strategically attract and hire top-tier sales talent across all levels, the full-time remote Sales Recruiter will partner closely with Sales leaders, manage full life-cycle recruiting efforts, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Key responsibilities: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates for all Sales roles in collaboration with Executive and Sales Leadership teams Proactively source and engage top-performing talent across global markets while conducting thorough candidate outreach and screening Design and coordinate customized interview processes that align with high hiring standards and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required 5+ years of proven success in recruitment, including at least 3 years in sales recruiting for high-performing, enterprise-level talent Experience recruiting from professional services environments with a focus on complex solution selling Strong understanding of business operations and experience hiring for roles requiring P&L ownership Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced setting while maintaining exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
