Key Responsibilities:

✅ Coordinate installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown service activities

✅ Schedule and support field service engineers for timely customer response

✅ Manage customer service requests and ensure prompt resolution

✅ Coordinate spare parts availability and service planning

✅ Monitor service KPIs, machine downtime, and customer satisfaction

✅ Support AMC management, service reporting, and process improvements

What We're Looking For:

✔ Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline

✔ 5+ years of experience in service coordination within machine manufacturing, industrial equipment, or automation sectors

✔ Strong customer service, planning, and communication skills

✔ Experience with ERP/CRM systems and service management processes

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
