Hiring | Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) – Kotak 811 Sales
Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) for the Kotak 811 Sales process.

Process: Kotak 811 Sales
Employment: Direct Bank Payroll
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate candidates only Banking sales experience is mandatory Excellent English communication and customer handling skills Candidates with relevant BPO/calling experience may apply. Employment gap should not exceed 6 months Immediate joiners preferredKey Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls for Kotak 811 and other banking products Generate leads and acquire new customers Explain product features and digital banking services Manage customer follow-ups and achieve assigned sales targetsWork Schedule:
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Offs: 6 per month (4 Sundays and 2 Saturdays)
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
