Now Hiring: HousekeeperThree Rivers Treatment Center – Kenbridge, VAThree Rivers Treatment Center is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and understand the importance of cleanliness and infection control in a residential treatment setting.Essential ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain floors, windows, walls, fixtures, furniture, and assigned areas.Dispose of regular and contaminated waste in accordance with established procedures.Disinfect contaminated surfaces and perform infection control cleaning as required.Follow facility policies, cleaning procedures, and approved sanitation methods.Help ensure compliance with applicable health and safety codes and accreditation standards.Maintain confidentiality of employee and facility records, including protected health information, in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies.Complete required staff development and mandatory training.Perform other related duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Must be at least 19 years of age, in accordance with Virginia regulations governing children's residential facilities.Minimum of one year of housekeeping experience required.Valid driver's license preferred.CPR and Behavioral Management Program training, as required by the facility.Working ConditionsWork is performed in a well-lit, climate-controlled environment.Must be able to follow sanitation, infection control, and safety procedures.Join Our Team!At Three Rivers Treatment Center, we are committed to healing youth, supporting families, and restoring hope.
