The culture emphasizes partnership, transparency, and student-centric service.<br /><b>Role Description</b> The Telecaller role at AdmitVerse is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to counsel prospective students and guardians about educational opportunities in India and abroad. Daily tasks include explaining services, understanding applicants' needs, providing basic guidance on admissions processes, and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings with senior counselors. The role involves maintaining call records, updating CRM or internal databases, and meeting conversion and productivity targets while following communication scripts and quality standards.
