• Will be the company lead into transitioning and maintaining Superhuman Docs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards to maintain the organization’s integrity and accountability.
• Management of Microsoft 365 Permissions.

• Available Monday–Friday, core hours in a U.S. time zone.
• Occasional weekends may be required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of experience administering Coda, Notion, SharePoint, or similar collaboration/workflow platforms.
• Strong customer service orientation and follow-through mentality.
• Experience managing user permissions, workspaces, and system configurations.
• Experience building business workflows, databases, automations, and dashboards.
• Experience supporting end users and troubleshooting system issues.
• Experience with Keap and Gusto would be a bonus.

• A proven track record of transforming inefficient, disorganized processes into streamlined, effective solutions without being prompted.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills and the confidence to work independently when necessary.
• The resilience to navigate ambiguity and the determination to see challenges through (completion).
• Judgment to know when to collaborate and when to take the lead.
• A strong sense of ownership, with a track record of proactively identifying opportunities, solving problems, and improving outcomes.
