Salary:$17 - $18 Per Hour

We are currently taking applications for a full time Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will serve as a liaison between Brandon Oaks and new residents for moves, inventory new equipment, and perform basic maintenance tasks. Computer skills required; previous basic maintenance experience helpful. Customer service experience is required.

Background/Drug tests, seasonal flu vaccine required.
