This is a Full time, benefited RN position working 10-hr day shifts generally from 7:30am-6pm. Located at Scripps Clinic Encinitas and will float to Jefferson in Oceanside as needed. What you'll do: Ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience. Provide direct patient care to high acuity patients in a complex department within the scope of practice. Engages in complex clinical procedures and may provide clinical assessments to surgical patients in the hospital setting. Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration. Works collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
