Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Assistant at Nuvo Aeon Diamond & Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. The Personal Assistant will support senior leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating calls across time zones. Responsibilities include organizing travel and accommodation, preparing documentation, maintaining records, and handling clerical duties such as correspondence and data entry. The role also involves monitoring emails, prioritizing requests, drafting professional communications, and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and commitments. The Personal Assistant will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, maintain confidentiality, and proactively anticipate needs to ensure smooth executive workflows.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance skills, including task prioritization, follow-up, and confidential support.
Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for email, messaging, and virtual meetings.
Candidates should possess effective Diary Management skills for calendar planning, scheduling, and time management.
Candidates should possess reliable Clerical Skills, including typing, filing, record keeping, and basic data entry.
Comfort with digital tools (email platforms, calendar software, office productivity suites, and video conferencing applications).
