About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operational Head to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of our FinTech business. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence across payment operations, customer support, compliance, and cross-functional teams while ensuring efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily business operations across the organization.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee payment operations, transaction monitoring, customer support, and process execution.
• Improve operational workflows, productivity, and service quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Success teams.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Manage operational budgets, vendors, and resource planning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams.
• Identify operational risks and implement process improvements to enhance business continuity.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services operations.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of payment workflows, transaction lifecycle, reconciliation, and operational processes.
• Experience with process optimization, reporting, KPI management, and operational planning.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Operations, preferably within FinTech, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and operational performance.
