We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and student-focused Secondary Teacher to inspire students through engaging, effective, and meaningful learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons as per the school curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Use innovative teaching strategies and digital tools to enhance learning.
• Assess and monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.
• Encourage students to develop critical thinking, creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic and overall development.
• Participate in school events, meetings, co-curricular activities, and professional development programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed.
• Prior experience teaching at the secondary school level is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and working with adolescents.
• Creative, patient, and student-focused approach to teaching.
