Our client is a funded D2C in the health and wellness sector with ARR - 100 Cr
We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to execute, manage, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns across our D2C portfolio, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute, launch, manage, optimize, and scale Meta ad campaigns.
- Work closely with the Growth team to drive customer acquisition.
- Continuously test audiences, creatives, campaigns, and strategies.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
- Manage campaign budgets and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
- Strong experience with Facebook Ads Manager, targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Experience managing performance campaigns for D2C/e-commerce brands.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining performance.
