Operations Manager Ground Operations, Vendor Coordination & Logistics Role Purpose This role owns the execution layer of the business. You are responsible for ensuring that what is sold and designed is delivered on the ground calmly, precisely, and without surprises. This is a leadership role with accountability for systems, vendors, and people. Key Responsibilities Operations & Delivery Own ground operations across destinations Manage vendors, contracts, confirmations, and timelines Ensure logistics for bespoke and group travel run as planned Anticipate risks and resolve issues before escalation Maintain clean operational documentation and checklists Vendor Leadership Build and maintain strong, reliable vendor relationships Set clear expectations and service standards Hold partners accoun
