About A D Infra A D Infra is a growing real estate company specializing in premium residential apartments in Chattarpur, South Delhi. We are looking for energetic and result-driven Sales Executives who are passionate about real estate and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Schedule and conduct site visits.
• Present project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
• Negotiate with customers and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements • 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Hindi (English communication preferred).
• Customer-focused with a target-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Office, Whats App, and Email.
