We are looking for candidates with 6+ months of experience in International Voice Process / Service Desk for opportunities in Bangalore and Hyderabad .

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Experience: 6 Months+

What we're looking for: ✅ Minimum 6 months of experience handling international customers (UK, US, or other global regions)

✅ Excellent communication skills are mandatory

✅ Strong spoken English with clarity, confidence, and professionalism

✅ Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle voice-based interactions effectively

✅ Willingness to work in rotational shifts

While technical and process-related knowledge can be trained, strong communication skills are non-negotiable for this role. Candidates will be assessed on communication during the initial screening, and only those meeting the required communication standards will be considered further.
