Having recently secured $50m in Series B funding, the business is entering a major phase of growth, creating an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Accounting Manager to play a key role in scaling the finance function.
Working directly with the Controller, you'll have real ownership, autonomy and the opportunity to make an impact from day one; driving process improvements, modernizing accounting operations and building a more efficient, scalable function to support the company's next stage of growth. This is an opportunity to move beyond business-as-usual accounting and help shape how finance operates in a high-growth, VC-backed business.
ProfileBig 4 CPA4–8+ years of accounting experience, ideally within a high-growth technology, SaaS or similar environment.Experience taking ownership of month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting and core accounting operations.Demonstrable examples of previous process improvements, with the ability to explain what was improved, how they approached it and the impact it had.Practical experience using AI tools to automate tasks, analyze data, improve workflows or solve problems, ideally with examples of how they've applied AI in an accounting or finance context.Naturally curious and proactive, with a genuine interest in challenging existing processes and finding better ways of working.Experience overseeing or improving AP and AR processes, strengthening financial controls and supporting the development of accounting policies and procedures.Comfortable working in a lean finance team where processes are still being built, with the ability to operate independently and take ownership. xzbcwsv
