Staff Accountant Contract, 3 months with a possibility to extend. Hybrid: Weston, FL 33326 Must Haves : Bachelor's degree in accounting 3+ years of accounting or audit experience Preferred: Strong understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition guidance Job Description: This role will be supporting the Revenue Accounting team with revenue recognition analysis, SOX compliance, and process improvement initiatives. This individual will assist with documenting and evaluating revenue-related controls, supporting audit and compliance activities, and contributing to special projects involving ASC 606 revenue recognition. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of revenue accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting processes.
