Lead analyst – data integration operations (oracle db+client management)

Spectral Consultants is hiring for a Lead Analyst – Data Integration Operations with one of the leading US-based Management Consulting Organizations.

Experience: 4.6 – 6 Years
We are looking for professionals with strong experience in Oracle Database, Oracle IICS, ETL/Data Integration Operations, and Production Support environments. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, operational excellence, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and support daily ETL/Data Integration workflows and refresh cycles
• Manage production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure timely resolution within SLAs
• Support Oracle IICS integrations, data validations, and operational activities
• Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled jobs and workflow dependencies (Tidal or similar schedulers)
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and provide operational updates, status reports, and issue escalations
• Perform data investigations and reconciliation using Oracle SQL
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability across production systems
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvements
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with Oracle Database (SQL/PLSQL)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle IICS / Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services
• Experience in ETL/Data Integration Operations and Production Support environments
• Strong data investigation, troubleshooting, and RCA skills
• Experience working in SLA-driven support environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to JIRA and Agile methodologies
Good to Have:
• Experience with Tidal Scheduler (or Control-M / Autosys / similar scheduling tools)
• Python scripting for automation and data validation
• Linux exposure
