System Controls Engineer
Location: Bengaluru
Work Model: Hybrid
Experience: 5–11 Years
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in PLC Programming and Control Logic Development
- Experience with HVAC / Refrigeration Controls
- Experience in HVAC system integration
- Hands-on experience with HMI/SCADA
- Knowledge of control systems, sensors, actuators, VFDs and control sequences
- Experience with system testing, troubleshooting and commissioning
- Exposure to BMS/DDC and communication protocols such as BACnet/Modbus will be an added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, modify and troubleshoot PLC control logic for HVAC/Refrigeration systems.
- Design and implement control sequences for HVAC equipment such as chillers, AHUs, pumps, cooling towers and related systems .
- Integrate PLCs with HMI/SCADA/BMS and other control systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot sensors, pressure/flow controls, VFDs and other field devices .
- Participate in system integration, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting activities.
- Work closely with engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable control solutions.
- Prepare and maintain relevant control logic, system documentation and technical specifications .
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Automation Engineering or a related discipline.
