Art Director

SolarSquare | Senior Designer We’re looking for a Senior Designer who takes full ownership of design. Someone who can independently drive the visual direction while working closely with a small, fast-moving team. This is a hands-on role. You’ll be expected to think, create, and execute; while also helping raise the bar for design around you. From billboards to performance ads, everything should feel cohesive, sharp, and unmistakably SolarSquare. Key Responsibilities ● Own and evolve SolarSquare’s visual identity across all channels ● Design high-impact creatives across formats: print, outdoor, digital, and performance marketing ● Ensure consistency in design language across campaigns and platforms ● Translate briefs into clear, compelling visual concepts ● Collaborate closely with marketing, copy, and growth teams to ship work quickly and effectively ● Provide thoughtful feedback and direction to improve overall design quality ● Bring structure to workflows and help make design output more efficient ● Help plan and execute shoots end-to-end: moodboards, styling direction, on-ground supervision, and post-production closure ● Take full ownership of projects—from idea to final output Requirements ● Strong portfolio showcasing work across print, outdoor, and digital ● Ability to independently own projects and make design decisions ● Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling ● Experience working on integrated campaigns (offline digital) ● Hands-on experience planning and executing shoots ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment ● Strong communication and collaboration skills ● High proficiency across core design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)—you know what to use when, and why ● Actively using AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.) to accelerate ideation, production, and iterations ● Stays up to date with emerging design tools and workflows—constantly evolving how you work What We Offer ● Opportunity to define the visual identity of a category-defining brand ● High ownership and autonomy—your work will directly shape how the brand is seen ● A fast-paced environment where ideas turn into execution quickly ● Collaborative, no-fluff culture focused on impact and growth ● Exposure to both brand-building and performance marketing at scale About SolarSquare SolarSquare is India's most trusted and fastest growing residential solar company.
