Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of SAP ABAP development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA Migration/Conversion projects
- Expertise in RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
- Experience with SPAU, SPDD, SPAU_ENH activities during upgrades and migrations
- Strong knowledge of custom code remediation and adaptation for S/4HANA
- Experience in ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and Performance Optimization
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and code review skills
- Experience in Unit Testing, Defect Fixing, and Go-Live Support
- Ability to work independently and interact with cross-functional teams
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with OData Services, Fiori, and SAP Gateway
- Knowledge of SAP BTP and Integration technologies
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield/Greenfield implementations
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Knowledge of SAP ATC, Simplification Items, and Readiness Check
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
