Location: Pune Experience: 10–15 years in HNI/UNHI Acquisition. Client Acquisition & Market Expansion Lead acquisition of HNI & Ultra HNI clients through networks, referrals, and market connect Build strong presence within the affluent client ecosystem (entrepreneurs, promoters, professionals) Revenue Ownership & Business Growth Own broking revenue delivery across equity, derivatives, commodity, and currency segments. Drive growth in MTF book, client wallet share, and trading activity. Team Leadership & Performance Build and lead a team of HNI Relationship Managers and Advisors Drive a performance-led, ownership-driven culture. Client Relationships & Advisory Build and nurture relationships with top HNI/UHNI clients. Deliver tailored investment strategies and market insights. Advisory Excellence & Research Integration Drive a research-led advisory approach across the team Leverage fundamental and technical insights for high-conviction ideas. Cross-Sell & Wealth Integration Drive adoption of wealth products (MFs, PMS/AIF, structured products, insurance) Improve client wallet share and product penetration.
