Retail POS Technical Consultant

Notice Period - Immediate joiner to 30 Days Experience - 5 to 8 Yrs Location - Gurgaon Key Responsibilities System Implementation Install, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail POS (MPOS/CPOS). Integrate POS with ERP, CRM, and payment gateways. Customization & Development Develop extensions using ASP.NET, C#, typescript, SQL and Commerce SDK. Migrate Retail SDK to Commerce SDK. Support & Maintenance Provide L2/L3 technical support for POS systems. Perform upgrades, patches, and database optimization. Training & Documentation Conduct user training sessions. Create technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and performance reports. Qualifications Education : Technical Skills : Strong ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, MPOS/CPOS. Knowledge of Azure DevOps, REST APIs, and payment connector customization. Domain Knowledge : Retail operations (inventory, billing, promotions, CRM). Soft Skills : Client communication, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration.
