Responsibilities for IT Project Manager include but are not limited to: Manage project plans, timelines, scope, budget, and documentation for a global brand acquisition integration. Create and maintain project schedules in ServiceNow and manage related demands/tickets. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Data, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Retail Systems, eCommerce, and Omnichannel teams. Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and status updates, ensuring clear communication to leadership. Support governance processes and leadership approval checkpoints across Global, Zone, and Local teams. Prepare project summaries, reports, and presentations for senior leadership. Drive alignment between business and technical teams to meet project objectives and deadlines. Candidates for IT Project Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered: 5-7 years of experience leading large-scale global projects involving cross-functional business and technology teams. Experience managing acquisitions, integrations, or enterprise transformation initiatives. Working knowledge of operations, supply chain, finance, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, retail systems, eCommerce, consumer data, and omnichannel business processes. Experience navigating governance frameworks and leadership approval processes across global organizations. Ability to communicate technical concepts to business audiences and business requirements to technical teams. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope in a matrixed environment. What's in this IT Project Manager position for you?
