Zenrises Creatives is a creative and technology-driven company developing innovative products and ventures.

We are currently working on a pet-care platform designed to connect pet parents with trusted caregivers and service providers . As we build and expand the platform in Bengaluru, we are looking for a proactive and motivated Marketing & Community Growth Intern to join our team.

This is a hands-on growth and community-building role , involving customer interaction, community development, user acquisition, partnerships, market research, and marketing execution.

The role is not limited to digital marketing or social media management . The selected candidate will work closely with the team to develop and execute strategies for acquiring and engaging pet parents and caregivers across Bengaluru.

Community & User Growth

• Identify and engage with pet-parent and pet-lover communities across Bengaluru.
• Support the onboarding and acquisition of pet parents and caregivers.
• Build relationships with residential communities, pet groups, and local networks.
• Develop and execute initiatives to increase user engagement and adoption.

Partnership Development

• Identify potential partnerships with veterinary clinics, pet stores, grooming centres, trainers, apartment communities, NGOs, and other relevant businesses.
• Assist in initiating conversations and developing partnership opportunities.
• Support relationship management with community and business partners.

Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Support online and offline customer-acquisition initiatives.
• Contribute to content and communication strategies where required.
• Develop creative approaches to increase brand awareness and user engagement.

Market Research & Insights

• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Identify emerging opportunities within the pet-care market.
• Present findings and recommendations to the team.

Performance Tracking

• Track community and customer-acquisition activities.
• Monitor campaign and engagement metrics.
• Prepare basic reports and provide actionable insights.

• Strong interest in marketing, business growth, community building, or startups .
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers, businesses, and community members.
• Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Creative and analytical mindset.
• Willingness to participate in field activities and customer interactions .
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment.
• Interest in the pet-care industry is an advantage.

• Practical exposure to early-stage startup growth.
• Hands-on experience in community building and customer acquisition.

• Experience with online and offline marketing strategies.
