Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aluva for a Graphic Designer and Motion Video Creator. The role involves designing graphics and visual assets for web, social media, and marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all materials. Day-to-day tasks include creating logos, branding elements, typography-based layouts, and motion videos such as promotional clips, explainer videos, and social media reels. The team member will collaborate with strategists, developers, and marketing specialists to translate concepts into engaging visual content, refine designs based on feedback, and prepare final assets for digital publication. The role also includes staying updated on design trends, maintaining organized design files, and contributing creative ideas to campaigns and product experiences.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and print work. Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creation of brand identities and visual guidelines. Proficiency in Typography and layout design, with attention to readability and visual hierarchy. Capability to design and produce motion videos, including animation, video editing, and visual storytelling. Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar). Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail and consistency. Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with digital marketing and social media content formats is an advantage.Details
