Case Manager

The Case Manager position will be part of the team that manages the Homeless No More Grant. The position is based in Franklin but may require travel within the Middle Tennessee area. No overnight travel is anticipated. The position will assist homeless individuals/families in locating resources for housing, employment and other needs. 

Experience with HMIS is preferred.
