About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can manage both video content and graphic design requirements for our digital and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, creativity, typography, layouts, and visual storytelling, along with hands-on experience in Canva and video editing tools .

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, educational videos, and social media content .
• Create engaging social media creatives, posts, banners, thumbnails, presentations, and promotional graphics .
• Design and edit content using Canva and other relevant graphic/video editing tools.
• Crop, resize, retouch, and optimize images for different platforms and content formats.
• Create visually appealing Instagram Reels, YouTube thumbnails, posts, stories, and other digital creatives .
• Add text, transitions, animations, music, subtitles, effects, and other elements to videos.
• Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, fonts, layouts, colours, and visual style .
• Work with the marketing/content team to understand creative requirements and deliver designs on time.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Video Editing and Graphic Designing .
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Canva .
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora, or similar software .
• Good knowledge of image cropping, resizing, background removal, basic retouching, and image optimization .
• Understanding of social media formats and creative requirements.
• Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy .
• Ability to create engaging and professional visual content.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience working with an EdTech, education, digital marketing, or social media company will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an added advantage.
• Experience creating AI-generated videos, images, or social media content will be a plus.
