Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with 6+ years of experience in building data-driven solutions and delivering actionable business insights through Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI . The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, and US Healthcare , along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into impactful data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Build, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, analytical models, and solutions using Python and SQL .
• Work on AI/ML use cases to address business challenges and improve decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate insights.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple data sources.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Business, and other cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
• Stay current with advancements in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, and US Healthcare .

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning / US Healthcare.
• Strong programming skills in Python .
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL .
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, including Regression, Classification, Clustering, Forecasting, Neural Networks , and related techniques.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling and data mining.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.

⭐ Good to Have

• Experience with Databricks .
• Exposure to Business Analysis and Stakeholder Management .
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and big data technologies.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.

Work Mode: Hybrid – 2–3 Days Work From Office

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Interview Process: 2nd round should be flexible to attend In person interview at Sagility office.
