ERP & Digital Transformation Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ERP & Digital Transformation Consultant to lead our technology transformation and help us maximise the use of our new cloud-based ERP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from Acme Infinity to Acme PADM
• ERP implementation, data migration & process optimisation
• Integrate ERP with vendors, affiliates & third-party platforms through APIs
• Implement POS, tablets, scanners & 40-column printers for retail operations
• Lead RFID integration and stock verification processes
• Integrate CRM, E-commerce and other digital platforms
• Maximise the use of our WhatsApp API for CRM and customer communication
• Coordinate cloud server infrastructure and technology vendors
• Train teams across Retail Sales, Accounts, CRM, E-commerce, HR & Back Office
• Develop MIS, dashboards, SOPs and automated workflows
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency

Ideal Candidate

Experience: 4–8 years in ERP implementation, retail technology, business systems or digital transformation.

Strong understanding of:

• ERP implementation & migration

• API / system integration

• POS & retail technology

• Cloud platforms

• RFID

• CRM & E-commerce

• Data migration & reporting

• User training & change management

Acme Infinity / Acme PADM experience is highly desirable.

Jewellery industry experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates from retail, luxury retail, fashion, e-commerce or other ERP-driven businesses are welcome.

We are looking for someone who can:

Understand the business → improve the process → configure the technology → train the people → deliver the outcome.

This is initially a 6-month consulting engagement, with the potential for an ongoing retainer or a permanent role based on business requirements and performance.

Location: Mumbai

Initial engagement: Approximately 3 days/week, increasing during migration & go-live.
