This role exists to open the right doors: identifying, negotiating, and converting event and space opportunities — pop-up activations, demo days, brand takeovers, sponsorships, and on-ground partnerships — at venues where footfall quality and buyer intent are highest. The mandate is not activity for its own sake, but a pipeline of activations that reliably convert into leads, trials, and sales for ARC's recovery product range. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise high-conversion venues and events — premium gyms, spas, wellness centres, sports academies, hotels, marathons/sporting events, and corporate wellness programmes — based on audience fit and buying intent, not just footfall volume.

• Build and manage a pipeline of event and space partnership opportunities across target cities, from prospecting through to signed agreement.

• Lead outreach and negotiation with venue owners, event organisers, and corporate wellness heads to secure favourable terms (space, timing, visibility, exclusivity).

• Plan and execute on-ground activations and demo experiences that showcase ARC products effectively and drive qualified leads.

• Define and track conversion metrics for every activation — footfall, leads generated, trial-to-sale conversion, and cost per acquisition — and use this data to double down on what works.

• Work closely with the marketing team to align activation calendars with campaigns, content capture, and influencer/athlete tie-ins.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely, structured follow-up on leads generated from events, and feed learnings back into the sales CRM.

• Manage activation budgets, vendor coordination (staging, staffing, logistics), and post-event ROI reporting to the COO.
