Role Description The Sales Engineer role at Arjuna Space AI India is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune, India. The person in this role will work closely with prospective and existing customers to understand their geospatial intelligence needs and demonstrate how the company’s solutions can address those requirements. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering technical presentations, supporting product demos, responding to technical and functional questions, and collaborating with the sales team on proposals and pricing. The Sales Engineer will gather client feedback, coordinate with product and engineering teams to refine offerings, and assist with implementation support to ensure successful adoption. This role also involves maintaining accurate records of opportunities, providing post-sales technical support, and contributing to training materials and documentation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills for solution design, demonstrations, and implementation assistance.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and support long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales capabilities to identify opportunities, support negotiations, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Experience working with geospatial, AI, or data analytics products is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, geospatial sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work on-site in Pune, India.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, presentation skills, and comfort engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
