Pay: Physical Therapist: $39.05-$59.12 Occupational Therapist: $33.83-$50.87 This position will accept either a SD licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist with lymphedema experience greatly preferred. $15,000 sign on bonus eligible with a 3 year commitment!
