What You'll DoContent Development & Technical WritingCreate technically accurate, engaging content that informs and educates customers across a variety of channels.Develop:Blog articlesCase studiesProduct descriptionsWebsite contentSales and marketing collateralCustomer success storiesWhite papers and technical resourcesResearch industry trends and technical topics to create valuable content for manufacturing audiences.Translate complex engineering and technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly messaging.Digital Marketing & SEOOptimize content using SEO best practices and keyword research.Support content marketing initiatives that improve brand visibility, website traffic, and customer engagement.Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and marketing goals.Social Media & Content ManagementAssist in managing Nachi America's social media presence across multiple platforms.Develop content calendars and coordinate scheduled posts.Create compelling social media copy that aligns with marketing objectives.Support community engagement and audience growth initiatives.Graphic Design & Content CreationDesign professional marketing graphics, social media content, presentations, and promotional materials using Canva.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop visually engaging content that strengthens brand awareness.Maintain brand consistency across digital and print marketing materials.Assist with graphic and video coordination for marketing campaigns.Email Marketing & Newsletter DevelopmentPartner with product managers, engineers, and sales teams to create educational newsletters and customer communications.Build and manage content that supports lead generation, customer retention, and customer engagement efforts.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams.Interview subject matter experts to gather technical information and develop impactful content.Support strategic marketing initiatives that promote Nachi America's products and solutions throughout North America.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Technical Writing, or a related field.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Strong research, interviewing, and organizational skills.Proficiency with Canva for creating marketing graphics, social media content, presentations, and promotional materials.Preferred QualificationsExperience writing technical, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, automation, or B2B content.Working knowledge of SEO best practices.Experience with content marketing and social media platforms.Familiarity with manufacturing, robotics, automation, industrial equipment, or engineered products.Experience with email marketing platforms and digital content management systems.Why Join Nachi America?This is an opportunity to work directly with industry experts while helping shape the voice of a global manufacturing organization.
