Job Description 1.) Preparation of pitch books/teasers, credit assessment memorandums/notes, investor ppts & other transaction-related docs (securitization briefs, sectoral analysis, product analysis, etc.) 2.) Provide support on deals to cross-functional teams: Deal Origination, Sanctioning Stage, Execution 3.) Develop a strong understanding of the sector, and business model which the client firm represents through in-person visits, data analysis & interactions with various stakeholders – Originators, Investors, Rating Agencies, Internal Teams 4.) Develop a sense of understanding of the debt requirements of clients in different sectors.
