Client Services Associate (CSA) Aluva / Angamaly / Ernakulam, Kerala, India (On-site) Full-time Compensation Base Salary: ₹25,000 per month Performance Incentives: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month (earnable monthly, based on performance) About the Role We are looking for a polished, self-motivated, and professional Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our team onsite. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and crucial administrative support to our Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Communication Primary Contact: Serve as the welcoming face and voice of our firm. Greet clients warmly, handle incoming calls professionally, and manage outgoing client communications. Meeting Logistics: Efficiently coordinate and schedule client meetings while proactively managing the CFP's calendar. Relationship Management: Actively follow up with clients to seamlessly gather necessary documentation and provide timely status updates on their requests. Skills & Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, client relationship, or customer service role. Experience within financial services, banking, or insurance is highly preferred. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH , with a professional demeanor. Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word and Excel). Compliance Mindset: Highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of data privacy and financial industry confidentiality.
